You will arrive in Airport. One of the representatives of our company will receive in Paro Airport. After meeting and greeting we will make you to transfer Thimphu.. On reaching Thimphu check into hotel and rest for the day. In evening leisure walk around Thimphu local markets. ONS at Thimphu.
Get up early morning today to enjoy the mesmerizing morning of Thimphu. Today you would be driven in and around Thimphu covering key places of interest. After breakfast you would visit:
On completion of sightseeing, you are driven back to your hotel. After relaxing from some time you shall be served with dinner. ONS.
After breakfast today we will transfer you to Punakha enroute Dochula Pass. It is not the highest mountain pass, but it surely one of the most beautiful passes in the world. Decorated with 108 small chorten on lush green hillside, this place tells an interesting story of spiritually, bravery, and Bhutanese culture. One can witness the most splendid views of the snow-covered Himalayas from here. It is also well known for its photo spot. On arrival Punakha move for the Punakha local sightseeing.
2ND HALF DAY
Overnight stay at Punakha.
Today we will transfer you to Paro Valley. It is famous for the Iconic Taktsang Lhakhang (known as Tiger’s Nest) and is the home to the National Museum. Check into hotel and in evening you can explore the local market. Overnight stay at Paro. After breakfast, you would check out of the hotel to proceed to Paro for the final leg of the tour. PARO TAKTSANG TREKKING: Paro Taktsang is a sacred Vajrayana Himalayan Buddhist site located in the Cliffside of the upper Paro valley in Bhutan. It is one of thirteen Tiger’s Nest caves in historical Tibet in which Padmasambhava practiced and taught Vajrayana. It is situated at an elevation of more than 10,000 ft. It takes 2 to 3hrs depending on your walking style one way. Breakfast in cafeteria.
Evening is free for leisure activities such as Archery experience, National Dress wearing experience on direct payment basis and shopping around the Paro Town. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel in Paro.
