Daywise Itinerary

Day 1 : BAGDOGRA-PHUENTSHOLING (170 KM | 4 Hrs)

Welcome to PEACE BHUTAN. Meet and be assisted by our representative at Jaigaon. Proceed to PHUENTSHOLING, THE GATE WAY TO BHUTAN via beautiful Dooars filled with Green Tea bushes and dense jungle. On arrival you need to do the immigration clearance. Check into hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 2 : PHUENTSHOLING-THIMPHU ( 160KM, 4 Hrs)

After breakfast move for Paro, the most beautiful valley situated in the western region of Bhutan centered in the Himalayan River. Your journey is through lustrous valleys and mountains. Its elevation is an elevation of 2,200mt. Check into Hotel. Over Night stay at

Day 3 : THIMPHU LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Get up early morning today to enjoy the mesmerizing morning of Thimphu. Today you would be driven in and around Thimphu covering key places of interest. After breakfast you would visit:

Kuensel Phodrang, the Gigantic Buddha Dordenma Statue
National Memorial Chorten
Zorig Chusum, Premier Institute of Traditional Arts and Crafts and Folk Heritage Traditional house giving an insight to the Bhutanese lifestyle.
Sangaygang View Point, also known as BBS
Changangkha Monastery
Takin Preserve Centre(National Animal of Bhutan)
Tashichho Dzong opens after 5pm

On completion of sightseeing, you are driven back to your hotel. After relaxing from some time you shall be served with dinner. ONS.

Day 4 : THIMPHU-PUNAKHA (67KM, 2HRS) Altitude of Punakha: 1310 m

After breakfast today we will transfer you to Punakha enroute Dochula Pass. It is not the highest mountain pass, but it surely one of the most beautiful passes in the world. Decorated with 108 small chorten on lush green hillside, this place tells an interesting story of spiritually, bravery, and Bhutanese culture. One can witness the most splendid views of the snow-covered Himalayas from here. It is also well known for its photo spot. On arrival Punakha move for the Punakha local sightseeing.

2ND HALF DAY

Punakha sightseeing as follows:

Day 5 : PUNAKHA – PARO (128KM, 4 HRS) ALTITUDE OF PARO: 2280 m

Today we will transfer you to Paro Valley for the final leg of the tour. It is famous for the Iconic Taktsang Lhakhang (known as Tiger’s Nest) and is the home to the National Museum. Check into hotel and in evening you can explore the local market. On the way stop at:

Royal Botanical Park, Lamperi, also known as the Rhododendron Garden
Tamchog Lhakhang,
Suspension iron chain bridge, the feel of the soothing breeze and river could be a great experience.

After arriving at Paro, you would be transferred to your Hotel for Check In.

Day 6 : PARO LOCAL SITESEEING.

Day 7 : PARO-CHELELA PASS-PARO

After early breakfast proceed to HAA VALLEY, one of the Beautiful Valleys of Bhutan. It is least developed and remote valley in Western Bhutan. It is three hours drive away from Paro. Bordering with Tibet and Sikkim, As we drive heads down from the Chelela Pass, you will notice the air suddenly begins to eel fresher and clearer. It's around 70 km from Paro city (65 kms from Paro Airport) in Bhutan. On the way, one would cross Chele La ('La' means Pass), the highest point in Bhutan at 13000 ft. surrounded by mountains,

PARO TAKTSANG TREKKING: Paro Taktsang is a sacred Vajrayana Himalayan Buddhist site located in the Cliffside of the upper Paro valley in Bhutan. It is one of thirteen Tiger’s Nest caves in historical Tibet in which Padmasambhava practiced and taught Vajrayana. It is situated at an elevation of more than 10,000 ft. It takes 2 to 3hrs depending on your walking style one way. Breakfast in cafeteria.

Evening is free for leisure activities such as Archery experience, National Dress wearing experience on direct payment basis and shopping around the Paro Town. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel in Paro.

Day 8 : PARO –PHUENTSHOLING (162km-5hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Phuentsholing. Check into the hotel and rest for the day. In the evening you can stroll down the local market of border town of Jaigaon. ONS

Day 9 : PHUENTSHOLING – IXB DROP FOR FURTHER DESTINATION.
